About Me

My journey here has been anything but straightforward. Four years ago, I was living what appeared to be a successful life: I had a stable, high-performing job as an IT consultant, a comfortable home, and financial security. Yet, beneath the surface, I felt deeply disconnected—from my own body, emotions, and sense of self. I struggled with a lack of purpose, feelings of emptiness, depression, burnout, shame, and a pervasive sense of not being enough.

In my search for relief, I initially turned to conventional methods like therapy and followed the advice of doctors. However, I quickly realized these approaches were not addressing the depth of what I was experiencing. They provided temporary ease but didn’t reach the root of the pain. There was something not talked about, something wrong, something always ignored. Depth was missing. Questions were not asked, and when they were, there was no real listening. I felt drawn to explore the bigger picture—seeking more deeper, ancient and holistic methods of healing. This marked the beginning of my journey into meditation, breathwork, and practices that addressed the source of my struggles rather than just soothing the symptoms.

This shift happened as I began to notice that I’d been living on autopilot, constantly pushing through feelings and suppressing emotions, which only deepened the sense of emptiness. Eventually, I stepped away from the structured world of corporate life and followed an intuitive pull to explore my inner world—a world I had been avoiding for so long. This journey has been about learning to truly listen to myself in ways I never thought possible.

Now a few years later, I’m here to support others who feel that same disconnect and are seeking deeper healing.

Why I Do This Work

Healing, as I’ve come to know it, is deeply personal. Through various practices—meditation, breathwork, therapy (compassionate inquiry), plant medicine and somatic experiencing—I’ve gained clarity, understanding and compassion for my own story. I’m motivated to share this with others because I understand the power of being seen and heard, of having someone alongside you who understands the complexity and layers of emotional pain, especially when words alone can’t reach it. My own experiences have taught me that true healing doesn’t come from trying to fix or change ourselves but from finding the courage to meet and understand what we already carry within us.

For the past four years, I’ve dedicated myself quite intensively to deepening my practice and understanding by volunteering and working at meditation and plant medicine centers and participating in numerous retreats. This time has allowed me to connect deeply with others on similar journeys and to immerse myself fully in the healing modalities that I now share.

This work is my true passion, and with so much emotional repression and depression in today’s world, I believe meaningful change is deeply needed.

Above all Experience, Trainings and Qualifications I commit as much as possible to being my most authentic self.

I believe in a healthy balance between experience and trainings, for me it’s finding a constant balance between theoretical knowledge and real life experience.

  • Certified in trauma-informed 2x courses of BBTRS (Biodynamic Breathwork Trauma Release System) Somatic Breathwork
  • Certified Zendo SIT Course core principles of psychedelic harm reduction Certificate

Relevant experiences

  • Participated multiple Buddhist silent retreats intensively practicing Vipassana (ranging from 10 to 21 days each)
  • Volunteered for 2 years at a holistic retreat center, offering meditation and breathwork to participants
  • Volunteered for 1 year total at multiple (3 different ones) plant medicine retreat centers, offering facilitation to participants
  • Worked for 7 years as IT consultant

Each step along the way has given me a unique perspective on how diverse modalities work together in the healing process. Meditation, for example, has helped me develop an inner silence, a place where I can observe rather than react. Breathwork allows me to connect to the body’s intelligence, understanding how emotions live within it, while compassionate inquiry, inspired by Gabor Maté, has opened the door to self-compassion and seeing past narratives we often accept as truth. These are just a few of the practices that have supported me, and now, they guide the support I offer to others.

The Modalities I Offer

My approach isn’t about one-size-fits-all solutions. I offer a range of modalities, each of which has played a significant role in my personal journey. These include:

  • Meditation and Mindfulness: Meditation has been the foundation of my journey. I’ve spent quite some time (ranging from 7 days to 21 days) in Buddhist Vipassana retreats, observing the conditioning of the mind and seeing how beliefs shape our perceptions. This practice fosters a type of inner clarity, helping us notice and understand our thoughts without being consumed by them.
  • BBTRS (Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System): Breathwork has taught me that healing can be rooted in the body, not just the mind. I did a year long training, ranging from multiple experiential retreats. This includes 30 1:1 practice sessions and I guided over 50 group sessions. Through BBTRS, I guide others to reconnect with their physical sensations and allow suppressed emotions to surface, be felt and gradually release. This trauma-informed approach integrates somatic experiencing (SE), which has been powerful in reconnecting people to the natural intelligence of their bodies.
  • Compassionate Inquiry: I’m currently studying under Gabor Maté’s Year long Compassionate Inquiry program, a process that supports people in gently uncovering their hidden beliefs and bringing self-compassion to the parts of ourselves that have felt alone or unworthy. This practice is invaluable for anyone dealing with shame, self-doubt, or trauma, as it allows us to see these parts of ourselves without judgment.
  • Medicine: Over the years, I have worked with various (plant) medicines, including Ayahuasca, psilocybin, MDMA, cannabis and Bufo Alvarius. While I’ve found them to be powerful tools at times, I believe they shouldn’t be the primary approach to healing. Grounding oneself first in therapeutic sessions, meditation, and breathwork creates a strong foundation for inner work before exploring plant medicine. These experiences have been transformative, showing me how, when used respectfully and safely, these ancient tools can reveal deeper truths that often remain hidden beneath layers of fear or conditioning. I offer my presence and guidance to those considering this path, but I believe healing can take many forms beyond plant medicine.

What You Can Expect

I work alongside you to create a space where you can connect more deeply to yourself. My role is not to “fix” anything about you but to be fully present, helping you explore the root causes of pain or disconnection. I approach each person as an individual, respecting your unique experiences and personal history. I draw from my own experiences and learning to offer grounded, logical insights that make the healing journey feel understandable and practical.

I follow your agenda, your intention, your wishes, not mine.

I give you my full attention, treat you like family and truly care for you. (Of course I have my boundaries too)

Some people come to me because they feel disconnected, while others are seeking to navigate life’s crises, emotional patterns, or spiritual growth. My goal is to offer tools and practices that can fit naturally into your life. Whether through structured sessions, guided microdosing journeys or customized meditation practices, my focus is on meeting you wherever you are in your journey and supporting what’s most alive and relevant for you.

A Note on Vulnerability and Authenticity

I approach my work with a commitment to vulnerability and authenticity. I won’t present myself as someone who’s “figured it all out.” Like anyone else, I continue to experience challenges, but these challenges have taught me that they are part of the path itself. I’m here to share the tools and practices that have brought me a sense of peace and resilience. My goal is to inspire by example, not by pretense.

Healing is a journey, and it’s often not linear. It takes courage to face ourselves honestly, but it’s through this honesty that we truly grow. I share my story with openness, not to suggest that my way is the only way, but to offer a perspective that might resonate. If my story, my struggles, or the practices I’ve found helpful resonate with you, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

If You’re Ready to Begin

Whether you’re just starting out or have been on this path for a while, Enheartment is a place where you can feel supported, understood, and safe. This journey is not about achieving an ideal or reaching a specific destination. Instead, it’s about exploring who you truly are, beneath the stories and layers that life has built up around you.

I believe deeply in the potential we all hold to move beyond suffering—not by avoiding it but by understanding it. I hope to offer you a grounded, practical, and compassionate presence to support that process. If you feel a resonance here, reach out, and let’s explore what this journey could look like for you.
